How to Remove a Payment Method

Managing your payment methods is simple at Hello Studios. If you need to remove a payment method from your account, follow the steps below. Please note that if it’s time for your billing invoice and there’s no valid payment method on file, you may incur a late fee if the payment does not process successfully.


Steps to Remove a Payment Method Using the Hello Studios App

  1. Log In to the App
    • Open the Hello Studios app on your mobile device and log in using your credentials.
  2. Access Payment Settings
    • Tap on the four squares in the bottom right of the app.
    • Scroll down and select “Payment Methods” from the available options.
  3. Select the Payment Method to Remove
    • Locate the card or payment method you want to remove from your account.
    • Tap on the payment method to view its details.
  4. Remove the Payment Method
    • Tap “Remove” or “Delete Payment Method.”
    • Confirm the removal when prompted.

Important Notes

  • Ensure a Valid Payment Method is on File:
    • Before removing your only payment method, be sure to add a new one to avoid payment interruptions.
    • If your billing invoice is due and there is no valid payment method on file, your payment will fail, and you will be subject to a $25 late fee.
  • Add a New Payment Method:
    • You can easily add a new payment method through the app by navigating to “Payment Methods” and tapping “Add Payment Method.”
