Adding a payment method to your Hello Studios account is quick and easy. You can do this directly through our app, over the phone, or in person. Follow the steps below to ensure your account is set up for seamless transactions.
Adding a Payment Method Using the Hello Studios App
- Log In to the App
- Open the Hello Studios app on your mobile device and log in using your credentials.
- Go to Payment Settings
- Tap on the four square boxes on the bottom right of the app.
- Scroll down and select “Payment Methods” from the available options.
- Add Your Payment Details
- Tap “Add Payment Method.”
- Enter your payment details, including your card number, expiration date, and CVV.
- Double-check your information to ensure accuracy.
- Save Your Payment Method
- Tap “Save” to securely add your payment method to your account.
- Your payment method will now be the default option for future transactions.
Adding a Payment Method Over the Phone or In Person
By Phone
- Call us at 469-659-6110, and our team will securely add your payment method to your account.
In Person
- Visit our studio, and a team member will assist you with adding your payment information directly to your account.
