How to Email or Download an Invoice Using the Hello Studios App
- Log In to the App
- Open the Hello Studios app on your mobile device and log in using your credentials.
- Navigate to Your Invoices
- Tap on your profile or account icon in the app menu.
- Select “Invoices” or “Billing” from the available options.
- Locate the Invoice You Need
- Browse through your list of past and upcoming invoices.
- Select the specific invoice you want to email or download.
- Email the Invoice
- Tap the “Email Invoice” option.
- Enter the email address where you’d like to send the invoice (your email address will be pre-filled but can be updated).
- Confirm by tapping “Send.”
- Download the Invoice
- Tap the “Download” button.
- The invoice will be saved as a PDF file to your device for easy access.

In Person
- Visit our studio, and our team will help you retrieve and print a copy of your invoice if needed.
