Billing Schedule
- Initial Payment:
- You will be billed immediately upon signing up for your membership. This payment secures your access to Hello Studios and its services from day one.
- Recurring Payments:
- Your membership will automatically renew based on the billing cycle selected during sign-up (e.g., monthly or annually).
- Charges will occur on the same date each cycle, aligning with your original sign-up date.
How Billing Works for Add-Ons and Overage Fees
- Add-On Services:
- Additional services, such as extended storage or overage fees for extra credits, will be billed at the time of purchase.
- One-Time Bookings:
- If you book a one-time recording session, the $200/hour fee will be charged immediately when the booking is confirmed.
Where to View Your Billing Details
You can easily track your billing information through the Hello Studios app:
- Log In to the App: Open the app and log in using your credentials.
- Navigate to Billing: Tap on the four squares in the bottom right of the app, scroll down and select “Invoices” or “Billing.”
- Review Billing History: View your upcoming charges, past payments, and receipts for all transactions.
