When Will I Be Billed?

At Hello Studios, our billing system is designed to provide clarity and simplicity for all members. Here’s what you need to know about when you’ll be charged for your membership and services.


Billing Schedule

  • Initial Payment:
    • You will be billed immediately upon signing up for your membership. This payment secures your access to Hello Studios and its services from day one.
  • Recurring Payments:
    • Your membership will automatically renew based on the billing cycle selected during sign-up (e.g., monthly or annually).
    • Charges will occur on the same date each cycle, aligning with your original sign-up date.

How Billing Works for Add-Ons and Overage Fees

  • Add-On Services:
    • Additional services, such as extended storage or overage fees for extra credits, will be billed at the time of purchase.
  • One-Time Bookings:
    • If you book a one-time recording session, the $200/hour fee will be charged immediately when the booking is confirmed.

Where to View Your Billing Details

You can easily track your billing information through the Hello Studios app:

  1. Log In to the App: Open the app and log in using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Billing: Tap on the four squares in the bottom right of the app, scroll down and select “Invoices” or “Billing.”
  3. Review Billing History: View your upcoming charges, past payments, and receipts for all transactions.
