Managing your payment information at Hello Studios is simple and can be done directly through our mobile app, over the phone, or in person. Follow the steps below to update your payment details.
How to Add a Payment Method
Using the Hello Studios App
- Log In to the App
- Open the Hello Studios app on your mobile device and log in using your credentials.
- Navigate to Payment Settings
- Tap on your profile or account icon in the app menu.
- Select “Payment Methods” from the list of options.
- Add Your Payment Method
- Tap “Add Payment Method.”
- Enter your payment details, including your card number, expiration date, and CVV.
- Review the information and tap “Save.”
- Confirmation
- Your new payment method will now be saved and set as the default for future transactions.
By Phone or In Person
- Over the Phone: Call us at 469-659-6110, and we can assist you with adding a new payment method securely.
- In Person: Visit our studio, and our team will help update your payment information directly.
How to Remove a Payment Method
Using the Hello Studios App
- Access Payment Settings
- Log in to the Hello Studios app and navigate to “Payment Methods” under your profile or account settings.
- Select the Payment Method to Remove
- Locate the card or payment method you wish to delete.
- Tap on it to view the details.
- Remove the Payment Method
- Tap “Remove” or “Delete Payment Method” (depending on your app version).
- Confirm the removal when prompted.
- Important Note
- You must have at least one active payment method on file to manage your membership and bookings. If you’re removing your only payment method, ensure you add a new one first.
By Phone or In Person
- Over the Phone: Call us, and we’ll assist with removing your payment method securely.
- In Person: Drop by the studio, and we’ll help update your payment information as needed.
