How to Review Invoices Using the Hello Studios App
- Log In to the App
- Open the Hello Studios app on your mobile device and log in using your credentials.
- Navigate to Your Billing Information
- Tap on the 4 squares in the bottom right of the app.
- Scroll down and select “Invoices” or “Billing” from the list of options.
- View Your Invoices
- Past Due Invoices: Past due invoices will be clearly marked in red or with a “past due” label.
- Upcoming Invoices: Upcoming invoices will display the due date and amount owed.
- Payment History: Scroll to see a list of all previously paid invoices, along with the dates and methods of payment.
- Take Action on Past Due Invoices
- Tap on the past due invoice to view the details.
- Follow the prompts to make a payment directly through the app using your saved payment method.
How to Review Invoices Over the Phone or In Person
By Phone
- Call us at 469-659-6110, and a team member will provide details about your past due or upcoming invoices.
In Person
- Visit our studio, and a staff member will assist you in reviewing and resolving any invoice concerns.
