Cancellation Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds or Credits:
- Bookings canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for:
- A credit refund to your account (if paid with credits).
- A monetary refund to your original payment method (if paid in cash or card).
- Bookings canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refunds or credits.

How to Cancel a Booking
Step 1: Log In to the Hello Studios App
- Open the app on your mobile device and log in using your account credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Bookings
- Tap on the “Bookings” tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Locate the session you want to cancel from your list of upcoming bookings.
Step 3: Cancel the Booking
- Select the booking you want to cancel.
- Tap the “Cancel Booking” button.
- Confirm your cancellation by following the on-screen prompts.
Step 4: Receive Confirmation
- Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation and whether you are eligible for a credit or monetary refund.
Important Notes
- 24-Hour Rule: To qualify for a refund or credit, cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled session start time.
- Non-Refundable Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for any refunds or credits.
