Arrive On Time
- It’s important to arrive on time for your recording session to make the most of your booking.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session and credit will be forfeited, and you will need to reschedule your recording.
Guest Arrivals
- If your guest(s) are late, the same policy applies:
- You can either proceed with your session using the time for other content or forfeit the credit and reschedule for another day.
- Please ensure your guest(s) are informed of the importance of arriving on time.
Why This Policy is Necessary
- Preparation Time: Each session requires preparation, including equipment setup, sound checks, and studio arrangement.
- Reserved Studio Time: Your session time is exclusively reserved for you, which prevents other members from booking that slot.
- Efficiency: Late arrivals disrupt the flow of the day and can affect other members’ experiences.
