Late Arrival Policy

At Hello Studios, we value your time and strive to provide an efficient recording experience for all our members. To ensure fairness and maintain smooth scheduling, we have a strict Late Arrival Policy in place:


Arrive On Time

  • It’s important to arrive on time for your recording session to make the most of your booking.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session and credit will be forfeited, and you will need to reschedule your recording.

Guest Arrivals

  • If your guest(s) are late, the same policy applies:
    • You can either proceed with your session using the time for other content or forfeit the credit and reschedule for another day.
  • Please ensure your guest(s) are informed of the importance of arriving on time.

Why This Policy is Necessary

  • Preparation Time: Each session requires preparation, including equipment setup, sound checks, and studio arrangement.
  • Reserved Studio Time: Your session time is exclusively reserved for you, which prevents other members from booking that slot.
  • Efficiency: Late arrivals disrupt the flow of the day and can affect other members’ experiences.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we’re here to help within the guidelines of this policy. Thank you for respecting our time and that of other members by arriving promptly for your session.
