How do I cancel my recording session?

Login to your account and click on “Bookings”

On the right of your screen, you will see your bookings. Click “Cancel” on the booking of your choosing. 

Canceling 24 hours before your session: You will be refunded the cost of your session in 24-48 hours. Time typically depends on your bank. 

Canceling within 24 hours of your session: You will receive a credit of the amount paid that can be used at any time in the future.
