INTERVIEW
HS: Thank you for joining us ! Let’s start with something light—what’s your favorite way to unwind after a busy day?
TH: After a busy day, I love spending time with my family, but I also really enjoy hitting the gym. It’s not just about staying fit—it’s where I clear my head, recharge, and come up with some of my best ideas.
HS: You’ve had an incredible journey so far. Can you tell us about the moment you realized this was the path you wanted to take?
TH: The moment I knew this was my path came after transitioning from the auto industry to financial services. I struggled to generate my own leads at first, but once I discovered the power of building authentic connections through social media and podcasting, everything clicked. It wasn’t just about helping people with their finances—it was about empowering them to take control of their futures.
HS: You’ve built a strong reputation in your field. What’s one aspect of your process that might surprise people?
TH: One thing that surprises people is how much strategy goes into making content that works. I don’t just create content—I reverse-engineer the entire process to make sure it’s impactful, compliant, and consistently brings in inbound leads. People think it’s just posting videos, but there’s a method behind every post, every email, and every conversation.
HS: You’ve had some amazing experiences along the way. What’s a highlight that really stands out to you?
TH: One highlight that really stands out was being featured in Forbes. It wasn’t just about the recognition—it validated the work I’ve been doing to help others stand out in their industries. Plus, seeing my name alongside strategies I’ve developed being celebrated on a global scale? That was huge.
HS: Challenges come with the territory in any field. How do you stay motivated when things get tough?
TH: I remind myself of my ‘why.’ I’m here to empower people to unlock their hidden potential. When things get tough, I focus on the lives I’ve already impacted and the ones I’ve yet to reach. I also lean on my faith, my family, and my community—they’re my support system when the going gets tough.
HS: The creative side of what you do is huge. What inspires you the most when you’re creating something new?
TH: People inspire me the most. Hearing their stories, understanding their challenges, and seeing the lightbulb moments when something I’ve shared clicks for them—it’s fuel for my creativity. I’m always thinking about how to connect with my audience in a way that’s real and meaningful.
HS: Collaboration seems to be key in your work. Is there anyone you’re particularly excited about working with or any dream collaborations you’d love to make happen?
TH: I’ve been fortunate to interview incredible industry experts like Grant and Elena Cardone, Tim Storey, and David Meltzer. Looking forward, I’d love to collaborate with icons like Dave Ramsey, Tony Robbins, or Suze Orman. These are folks who’ve truly mastered the art of empowering people, and working with them would be a dream.
HS: Let’s switch it up—what’s one fun or random fact about you that most people don’t know?
TH: Here’s something fun: Before I was in financial services, I spent six years as a top producer in the auto industry. It’s where I learned the art of building trust and relationships.
HS: As someone who’s been successful, what advice would you give to someone just starting out?
TH: Don’t wait for the perfect time or perfect plan—just start. And focus on building relationships before anything else. Whether it’s in business, content creation, or life, people want to feel seen and heard. Make connections your priority, and the rest will follow.
HS: Finally, what’s next for you? Are there any exciting projects or goals on the horizon that you’d like to share with our listeners?
TH: Right now, I’m excited about growing the Career Transition Summit and expanding the Who Ya Know Show. I’m also building out a course to help others master inbound marketing and create their own podcasts. There’s so much potential out there, and I want to help as many people as I can tap into it
