Is there a price difference between 4K and 1080p footage?
Absolutely not!
How long does it take to complete my edit?
It depends on the complexity of your edit but we typically have a final copy finished within 14 days.
How many camera angles will you edit?
We will edit up to 3 angles.
How do revisions work?
We provide a Dropbox Replay link for your video. You can add timestamps and annotations within the page, and we can see your comments. Notify us when you’re done for revisions to start.
How much time do I have to provide revision feedback?
We kindly request your feedback within 72 hours. If we don’t hear from you within that timeframe, we’ll assume everything looks great, and we’ll send you the final copy right away!
Where do you put my finished video?
We can share the video via a Dropbox folder or send you a download link!
Do I get an audio version too?
Yes, an audio version will be in your Dropbox folder.
Where do I find B-roll?
We have access to royalty-free music, sound effects, videos, and photos. We’ll share a link for your selection to enhance your edit.
Can you create my intro and outro?
We can provide that an additional charge.
