SMS Privacy Policy
1. Program Description
Hello Studios, LLC offers SMS text messaging to people who book a studio tour or a consultation with us and choose to opt in. We use text messages only to confirm your booking and to send appointment reminders (including any time changes, the studio address, or your call link). We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
2. Consent
When you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on a booking form, you agree to receive booking and reminder text messages from Hello Studios at the number you provided, sent using an automated system. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may still book a tour or consultation without opting in to texts; we will simply use email instead.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your booking. For a typical appointment you can expect a confirmation message and up to two reminder messages (one the day before and one on the day of your appointment), plus any messages related to a change you request.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opt Out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending you SMS messages. You will still receive booking confirmations and reminders by email.
6. Help
For help, reply HELP to any message, email [email protected], or call (866) 254-3556.
7. Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the booking and reminder messages described above. For more on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
Hello Studios, LLC reserves the right to change this SMS Privacy Policy at any time. Continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
