1. Membership Starts
Your membership officially begins when you sign up, and you’re ready to start your podcasting journey.
2. Watch the Welcome Video
- Start by watching our Welcome Video.
- This brief video introduces you to Hello Studios and gives you an overview of the services and support available to you as a member.
3. Watch the Booking & Mobile App Walk-Through Video
- Learn how to book sessions, manage your membership, and navigate our mobile app by watching the Booking & Mobile App Walk-Through Video.
- This ensures you can easily access all features and make the most of your membership.
4. Meet Your Producer
- You’ll receive a call from one of our producers to discuss your membership and podcasting goals.
- This is a great opportunity to ask any questions and share your vision for your show.
5. Dropbox Folder Creation
- We’ll create a Dropbox folder specifically for your files.
- This is where we’ll upload your recordings and where you can store media you’d like to use during your sessions.
6. Upload Your Media
- To get started, upload any media you plan to use during your recording sessions to your Dropbox folder. This might include:
- Intro and outro music
- Logos or branding assets
- Any other media that will enhance your podcast.
7. Attend Studio Training
- Attend a brief Studio Training session to familiarize yourself with the studio layout, equipment, and procedures.
- This ensures you’re comfortable and confident when it’s time to record.
8. ID Verification
- As part of the onboarding process, we’ll take a picture of your government-issued ID for verification purposes.
9. Schedule and Record Your First Episode
- Once everything is set up, it’s time to schedule your first session!
- Record your first episode and kick off your podcasting journey with the support of our team.
