Your recording session at Hello Studios doesn’t just end when we press stop. We ensure every detail of the wrap-up process is handled smoothly so you can focus on what’s next. Here’s what happens after your session:
Exiting the Studio
- Gather Your Belongings:
- Before leaving the studio, please double-check to ensure you’ve collected all your personal items.
- Dispose of Trash:
- Any trash from your session can be thrown away in the provided trash bins to keep the space tidy for the next guest.
- Exit Promptly:
- Please leave the studio immediately after your session to avoid disturbing others who may be recording.
- We kindly ask that you do not loiter in the studio area after your session.
Studio Reset
- After you exit the studio, our team will:
- Remove and store the cameras securely.
- Turn off the TV and any other equipment used during your session.
File Transfer Process
- Uploading to Dropbox:
- We begin the process of copying your files to your Dropbox folder.
- Once the upload starts, you’ll receive a notification confirming the process has begun.
- Timeframe for File Availability:
- While we aim for speedy transfers, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for all files to appear in your folder, depending on file size.
- Dropbox Link:
- After the upload is complete, we’ll send you a link to access your Dropbox folder.
- File Retention:
- Please download your files within 7 days of receiving the link. After this period, files may be deleted from our system.
Alternative File Transfer Options
- If you prefer to receive your files on a hard drive or SD card, let us know in advance, and we’ll arrange this for you. Additional fees may apply for these services.
