If You Arrive After 5 PM
- After 5 PM, the building doors are locked. Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!
- Simply call or text 469-659-6110 when you arrive, and a member of our team will promptly assist you into the building.
Ushering You to the Studio
- Once inside, we’ll guide you to your podcast studio room.
- Feel free to take a moment to relax and settle in before your session begins.
Refreshments and Comfort
- Enjoy complimentary water or coffee to keep you refreshed while you prepare.
- If you’d like a soft drink, you can purchase one conveniently through our app.
Pre-Recording Setup
- Audio Testing: We’ll test your audio levels to ensure everything sounds crisp and clear.
- Camera Framing: Our team will check that you’re perfectly framed on camera, whether you’re using one angle or multiple.
- Final Approval:
- We’ll ask for your final approval of all video and audio settings to ensure you’re completely satisfied.
- If you’ve requested a logo or image on the studio TV, we’ll confirm that it’s displayed correctly.
- Lighting adjustments will be made to match your preferences.
Time to Record!
- Once everything is set, we’ll press record and leave the room so you can focus on delivering your best content.
- Your show is now in your hands—whether it’s an engaging interview, a solo episode, or a lively discussion, you’re all set to create something great!
