At Hello Studios, we aim to make your recording experience as smooth and productive as possible. While you’re focused on creating content, we’re working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Here’s what you can expect during your session:
Stay Connected
- Please keep your cell phone handy throughout your session. If you encounter any issues, you can text us at 469-659-6110, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
Monitoring for Quality
- We periodically check that everything is functioning correctly using our CCTV cameras.
- At times, we may monitor your recording via Ethernet connectivity from the control room to ensure high-quality video and audio performance.
Taking Breaks
- If you need to step away during your recording, feel free to do so. Your footage can always be edited later to remove any interruptions.
Session Timing and Notifications
- If available, we’ll display timers in the room to help you keep track of your session time.
- When your session is over, we’ll send you a text notification so you can wrap up comfortably.
Running Over Time
- If your session runs 5 minutes over the scheduled time, we will enter the room without notice to stop the recording.
- If you need extra time, you may extend your session for an additional 1 credit. Text us to check if there is availability after your session to make arrangements.
Session Wrap-Up
- Once your recording is finished, we will press stop on the mixer and cameras. From there, we’ll handle everything to ensure your footage is securely stored and ready for post-production.
