Main Folder

The root folder will be named after your podcast. For example:
[Podcast Name]

Inside this main folder, you’ll find the following subfolders:

1. Logos

• Purpose: This folder is for any branding assets you’d like to use during your recordings, such as:
  • Logos to be displayed on studio TVs.
  • Visual elements for Mevo cameras.
• Example Files: Logo.png, Branding.jpg

2. Media

• Purpose: Store audio files, music, or clips you plan to use during your show.
• Example Files: Intro.mp3, Outro.wav

3. Session-Specific Folders

Each recording session will have its own folder named by the date of your recording (e.g., XX-XX-XXXX). Within each session folder, you’ll find:

1. Raw Audio
   • Audio files directly from the mixer, providing you with unprocessed sound from your recording.
   • Example Files: Track1.wav, Track2.wav
2. Raw Video
   • Video files captured from all camera angles during your session.
   • Example Files: Camera1.mp4, Camera2.mp4
3. Edited Files (If purchased)
   • Subfolders include:
     • Edited Audio: Professionally edited and processed audio files.
       • Example Files: Episode1_Final.mp3
     • Edited Video: Fully edited video files for your podcast episode.
       • Example Files: Episode1_Final.mp4
4. Social Media Reels (If purchased)
   • Short, engaging video clips formatted for social media platforms.

How to Use Your Dropbox Folder

1. Access: Your folder is shared with the email on your account, so be sure to check your inbox for the Dropbox invitation.
