Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, your session credit will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
• This policy also applies if your guest cancels within 24 hours. If your guest cannot attend, you may still use the session for other purposes or forfeit the credit and reschedule.
• This policy is in place because studio time and resources have already been allocated for your booking, making it unavailable to other members.

Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance

• If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you are eligible for:
  • A full refund, or
  • Retaining your session credit for future use.
