Community Membership Plan Overview
For $25 per month plus tax, the Community Membership Plan allows you to step back from your full membership without losing access to key benefits:
- Credit Retention: Your existing recording session credits will remain available for up to one year.
- Discounted Booking Rates: Continue to book sessions at reduced rates.
- Community Access: Stay connected through exclusive updates, newsletters, and event invitations.
Transitioning to the Community Plan
Switching to the Community Membership Plan is simple:
- Use the Hello Studios app to make the change.
- Alternatively, contact us via email or phone, and our team will assist with the transition.
- Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to ensure a smooth process.
Resuming Full Membership
When you’re ready to return:
- Choose any membership plan to reactivate through the app or by contacting us.
- Your full membership benefits will resume at the start of the next billing cycle.
Grandfathered Pricing
If you’re on a plan with grandfathered pricing, you must remain on your current paying membership to retain those rates. Moving to the Community Plan may forfeit this pricing, and you’ll be subject to current rates when resuming full membership.
Additional Considerations
- File Storage Fees: Files stored in Dropbox beyond 30 days may incur additional fees.
- Membership Cancellation: If you cancel your membership while on the Community Plan, you’ll need to re-enroll as a new member to regain full privileges.
