Our Membership Credit Rollover Policy is designed to give you flexibility and peace of mind. With credits valid for up to a year and the option to roll over unused credits from month to month, you can focus on creating without worrying about losing your hard-earned benefits. Whether you’re upgrading, downgrading, or need an extension, we’re here to help you make the most of your membership.
Credit Expiration
Monthly membership credits are valid for 1-Year from the date of your membership payment. Unused credits will automatically expire after this period unless otherwise specified.
Credit Rollover
Unused credits may roll over to the following month only if your membership is active and in good standing. An active membership means that you are consistently paying your monthly membership fee. Credits cannot roll over if your membership has lapsed, been canceled, or is suspended due to non-payment.
Access Restrictions Due to Non-Payment
Please note that if your account is past due or suspended due to non-payment, you will not be able to access any associated files, including recordings, edits, or other deliverables, until your balance is paid in full. Additionally, you will not be permitted to access the studio or book any future sessions while your account remains unpaid. This policy ensures fairness and helps us maintain the quality and integrity of service for all members. We strongly recommend keeping your account in good standing to avoid any disruptions to your podcasting process.
Membership Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Any unused credits will follow the terms of the updated membership plan as long as your account remains active.
Account Inactivity and Credit Forfeiture
If your membership is canceled or your account becomes inactive due to non-payment, any unused credits will expire 30 days after your last payment. Credits cannot be reinstated once expired.
Credit Extensions
Extensions for unused credits may be requested by contacting the studio prior to their expiration. Extensions are subject to approval and may include additional fees or conditions.
