Membership Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations change, and you may need to end your membership with Hello Studios. While we’re sad to see you go, we want to make the cancellation process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a seamless transition.


Notice Requirement

To cancel your membership, we kindly ask for 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. This allows us time to process your request and ensure there are no additional charges.


How to Cancel Your Membership

We want to make this process straightforward for you:

  1. Submit Your Request in Writing:
    • All cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@iamhellostudios.com.
    • Please include your full name, membership details, and the reason for cancellation in your email.
  2. Acknowledgment of Request:
    • Once we receive your email, we will send you a confirmation to acknowledge your cancellation request. If you don’t receive a response within 2 business days, please follow up to ensure we’ve received your email.

File Management

We understand how important your content is, and we want to ensure you have time to handle it appropriately:

  • File Removal Deadline:
    • If you have files stored on our servers (such as in Dropbox), they must be downloaded and removed within 7 days of submitting your cancellation request.
  • Permanent Deletion:
    • After this 7-day period, all files will be permanently deleted from our system and will not be recoverable.

Access After Membership Ends

Once your membership is canceled:

  • Studio Access:
    • You will no longer have access to Hello Studios’ facilities, services, or resources.
  • Membership Benefits:
    • Any remaining membership benefits, such as credits or services, will no longer be available.

Minimum Membership Commitment

If your cancellation occurs before the minimum membership duration of 3 months, you will be charged the remaining balance for the term at the time of cancellation. This ensures compliance with the terms agreed upon at sign-up.

  • Pause Options: If you need a temporary break, ask us about our Community Membership Plan as an alternative to canceling entirely.
