Lost and Found Policy: Handling Items Left Behind in the Studio

At Hello Studios, we strive to maintain a clean and organized environment for all members and guests. Items left behind in the studio will be handled according to our Lost and Found Policy to ensure their safekeeping.


Lost and Found Policy Guidelines

  1. Item Identification and Storage
    • All items left in the studio will be collected by staff and stored in our designated Lost and Found area.
    • Items will be tagged with the date and location where they were found.
  2. Claiming Lost Items
    • If you believe you’ve left something behind, please contact us as soon as possible:
    • When claiming an item, you will need to provide a detailed description of the lost item and the approximate date it was left behind.
  3. Storage Duration
    • Lost items will be held for a maximum of 30 days.
    • After 30 days, unclaimed items will be donated, recycled, or discarded at Hello Studios’ discretion.
  4. Perishable and Disposable Items
    • Food, drinks, or other perishable items left in the studio will be disposed of within 24 hours to maintain cleanliness.
  5. Valuable Items
    • Items of significant value (e.g., electronics, wallets) will be securely stored and handled with extra care.
    • Identification may be required to claim valuable items.

Hello Studios is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in the studio. We encourage all members and guests to double-check their space before leaving to ensure nothing is left behind.
