Late Payment Guidelines

1. 2 Days Past Due
   • If your payment is not received within 48 Hours of the due date, a $25 late fee will be added to your account.
2. 30 Days Past Due
   • If your payment remains unpaid for 30 days, your membership will be automatically canceled.
   • Your Dropbox folder and all associated files will be removed from our system, and the files will become permanently unrecoverable.
3. Minimum Membership Commitment
   • If you have not fulfilled the minimum membership duration of 3 months, the full remaining amount due for your term will be charged to your account. This ensures compliance with the terms agreed upon at sign-up.

We are committed to working with you during times of financial strain. If you need your payment date adjusted or other accommodations, simply contact us as soon as possible. Early communication gives us the opportunity to make suitable arrangements and keep your membership active.
