How to View and Edit Your Bookings

At Hello Studios, we make it easy to manage your studio bookings directly through our mobile app. Whether you need to review your upcoming sessions or make adjustments, our app gives you full control over your schedule.


How to View Your Bookings

Follow these steps to see your upcoming and past bookings:

  1. Log In to the Hello Studios App
    • Open the app on your mobile device and log in using your account credentials.
  2. Navigate to Your Bookings
    • Tap the “Bookings” tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Review Your Bookings
    • Your upcoming bookings will appear in chronological order.
    • Tap on any booking to view details, including:
      • Studio space (Iron, Sapphire, Quartz, or Onyx)
      • Date and time
      • Duration of your session

How to Edit Your Bookings

If you need to adjust an existing booking, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Booking You Want to Edit
    • Navigate to the “Bookings” tab and select the session you’d like to modify.
  2. Tap “Edit Booking”
    • You’ll see options to adjust the date, time, or studio space.
  3. Make Your Changes
    • Update your booking details as needed, subject to availability.
  4. Confirm Your Changes
    • Review the updated booking information and tap “Save Changes”.
    • You’ll receive a confirmation email with the updated booking details.

Important Notes About Editing Bookings

  • Time Restrictions: Edits must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the session start time.
  • Fees for Changes: If you’ve used all your credits, any changes may incur additional fees based on the studio space and duration of your session.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel instead of rescheduling, refer to our Cancellation Policy in the Help Center.
