Step 1: Purchase Your Editing Service

• Begin by selecting your desired editing package through our app or website.
• Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.

Step 2: Initial Consultation

• We’ll schedule a consultation meeting to discuss your project details. This is your opportunity to:
  • Share your vision and objectives.
  • Specify any required elements (e.g., intro, outro, lower thirds, B-roll footage, or custom graphics).
  • Highlight any special instructions or preferences.

Step 3: Submit Your Files

• If your project was recorded outside our studio, please provide a secure link for file download (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or another platform).
• Ensure files are high quality and properly organized to avoid delays.

Step 4: Editing Begins

• Once we have all the necessary materials and instructions, our editing team will create the first draft of your project.
• The draft will be uploaded to Dropbox Replay, allowing you to:
  • Review the footage in real-time.
  • Add time-stamped comments for specific edits or adjustments.

Step 5: Feedback and Revisions

• Round 1: Review the first draft and submit comprehensive feedback via Dropbox Replay.
  • Use time stamps to pinpoint exact moments for changes.
  • Combine all requests into a single feedback submission to streamline the process.
• Round 2: After implementing your initial feedback, we will provide a revised draft for final review. This is your last opportunity to request edits.

Step 6: Final Delivery

• Once revisions are complete, we will deliver the final cut via a Dropbox folder.
• You will have 7 days to download your files. For extended hosting, you can opt for $25 per month.
