- Same-Day Booking: Same-day bookings may be accommodated but will require an additional 1 credit as a convenience fee due to the last-minute preparation required.

- 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement: To retain your session credit, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, your session credit will be forfeited.
